We are an independent statutory body responsible for managing Victoria’s environmental water entitlements, in cooperation with program partners, to improve the environmental health of rivers, wetlands and floodplains.

Our organisation is comprised of four part-time Commissioners, supported by a small office led by the Chief Executive Officer and specialist team members including those in technical, communication and administrative roles.

Environmental Water Coordinator
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated individual to join the VEWH as an Environmental Water Coordinator.
The VEWH is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to one of Victoria's most significant environmental programs. This is a role for someone who can bring together science, data, planning and stakeholder engagement to support environmental water management across Victoria.
In this role, you'll work with waterway managers, Traditional Owners, community stakeholders and government partners to plan, coordinate and evaluate the use of environmental water. Your work will directly influence environmental outcomes across Victoria's rivers and wetlands while helping to deliver lasting benefits for communities and ecosystems.
